Help us protect Randy's assets after his death

Hi. My name is Joe and recently I lost my best friend of 40 years. Randy was only 60 when he passed, leaving behind friends and fans worldwide of his music with Briar Rose and others. His untimely death has affected all who knew him, including his 80 year old housemate and companion of the last decade, Michele. They had just moved into a new home only three days before he passed and, with almost no furniture in the home and boxes of belongings yet to be unpacked, she finds herself at wit's end. I have been helping to unpack and organize for her since his death but there is so much to do. As of now, bills from before his death, many very large ones, have continued to arrive and the rent on the record store that was his dream, where the records from his collection is stored awaiting court approval, is also coming due. And the 80 year old woman who is surviving on a small monthly check is now facing the probability of leaving this home come August, when both the advance rent on their home runs out and her monthly bill keeps coming. He left no will or had no life insurance and no beneficiary to his estate

This fundraiser is looking for funds to keep Michele in that home and protect the assets which will eventually go to his surviving family. The money raised would also help to pay the rent on that store until such a time his collection can be sold, along with the rental of a storage facility to house many of his belongings, until they can be distributed as a part of his estate.
