Help Michelle Pay for Physical Therapy

In July of last year my daughters (12 & 6 at the time) and I were involved in a major car accident involving a motorcyclist who was traveling over 120 mph. He collided with the drivers side of my Armada and caused countless injuries. My worst injury was breaking arm and required 2 surgeries and months of physical therapy. The motorcyclist did not carry insurance so I only have my own to cover all of the many medical expenses including the trauma hawk, hospital, surgeon, and many doctors I had to see throughout my recovery. Not included in that list is the incredible physical therapists that got my arm functioning again. Dwight & Jen @ Wilson Physical Therapy are the only reason I was able to get my Xray tech job back. We worked together 3x a week for 4 months. My 12yo also saw them for about the same amount of visits to correct her back. I am still waiting for final bills from all the other billers, however I have been made aware that my car insurance coverage is exhausted and only my health insurance covered a portion of the physical therapy. I will need to pay the rest. I want to make sure that the therapists are paid as they have been very patient and cooperative with us. They are very much appreciated! I am a mother of 3 with my income alone. Current expenses, as they are for everyone, does not allow room for major medical bills. Please help me pay the therapy bills.
