Support Michelle's Recovery After Bike Crash

Dear family, friends, and kind-hearted strangers,

Michelle Jones, our wonderful sister and a mom of four daughters, recently survived a terrible mountain biking accident near Park City. It left her with multiple fractures to her jaw and cheekbone, along with a concussion and an elbow wound. Her injuries required complex surgery and she now faces a grueling six-week period of recovery with her jaw wired shut and a steel plate in her cheekbone.

Michelle’s family recently relocated from Atlanta, GA to Lehi, UT, bringing with it the costs of moving and starting over again. Michelle's second oldest daughter just started her first year at the U of U, but will be paying as an out-of-state student because of the recent move.

On top of everything, the family’s insurance plan is not accepted at Intermountain Medical Center where Michelle was taken for the advanced facial surgery she needed. She will be looking at medical bills between $10,000 and $20,000, not to mention the missed income due to being unable to work during her recovery.
