Help Michelle's Little Isa Fight Illness

My name is Michelle and my little girl's name is Isabella (Isa). Yesterday, I had to rush her to the vet after finding her limp and unresponsive. When I left, she was still breathing. After her blood work, her liver and kidney results were abnormal. Her phosphorus level was off the chart. They will continue to run more tests. She's my little girl, my everything.
