Help Michelle's Son Noah Overcome Challenges

Hi. My name is Michelle Dangar. This is my son Noah Dangar. Noah was born with hydrocephalus and had a shunt place at birth. This is his third malfunction and is currently waiting more test and surgery. Noah recently turned 18. I'm asking for help so I can help him get things together for himself. Noah doesn't have a phone or id. I dont have a vehicle so it's really hard to get things done. Our family has been thru so much trauma in these last 10 years. I just want to help my son as much as I can. Please give if you can, prayers are needed. Thank you.
