Help Micky get to the Games

As many of you know, I have qualified for the CrossFit Games in Birmingham, Alabama, USA.

Despite representing Ireland at the biggest stage in the world within my sport, the trip is not funded, so athletes need to do their own fundraising to pay for travelling costs, food and accommodation etc.

For the past 10 years, making it to the CrossFit Games has been my sole goal.

As head coach, founder and owner of CrossFit limavady, I’m very proud to be putting the Roe Valley and my own box on the map.
