Help Midtown Cafe stay open

Hello friends. Thank you for taking interest in our fundraiser. Some of you may know that Joel had to have emergency surgery to save his life back in the beginning of August. While we are grateful that Joel is doing well and recovering from the surgery; the restaurant has suffered a financial setback. It was necessary for us to hire additional staff to cover the labor that Joel had been doing. The severity of the injury has caused Joel to be unable to work since August. We are asking for donations to help the restaurant recover from this very unfortunate event. The restaurant has spent a little more than $6000 to employ a dishwasher and general laborer over the last few months. We appreciate your consideration and any amount you can donate will be graciously received and put directly into use to help keep the doors of Midtown open for you.
