Help Mikaela access trans healthcare

Hi, my name is Mikaela. I live in Northern Ireland and came out as trans several years ago. My GP has referred me to the one Gender Identity Clinic in NI, but the waiting list is huge, with approximately 500 people waiting for an initial assessment. Only nine people moved up and off the list between August and December '21. I struggle with my mental health with long-term depression and anxiety and cannot work. Sadly this means I am unable to access private healthcare. However, GenderGP, an online trans treatment facility, has offered me a reduced fee and subscription to access their services. I'm asking for help to get this started.
