Help Mike and Lisa thru surgeries!

Hello everyone I am Mike McMahon a comic book artist and father of five who is about to undergo surgery for cancer. As if that wasn’t a load to bear, my wife Lisa is going to undergo hip surgery for a labrial tear three weeks after my surgery. We will both be out of commission for a few months and will struggle to get by. This was a last resort for us but I honestly don’t know how we will get by without assistance. Thank you and god bless.
