Help Mike and Melissa Rebuild After Wildfire

Donation protected
On Friday, March 14, Mike and Melissa Cavenah lost their home to the devastating wildfires in Mannford, Oklahoma. While the shed was spared, their home was completely destroyed. The family has only been able to salvage a few personal items. Mike's beloved Mountain Man trailer was also lost in the fire.

Fortunately, all family members safely evacuated Mannford before the fires engulfed the house. Mike rescued the dogs, but wasn’t able to find the cat. If you have a fenced yard for the dogs, please reach out to Mike. They are currently at our Dad's house in Sapulpa, but the wind blew down part of his fence so it's only a short-term solution.

Mike and Melissa are both educators for Oklahoma's public schools. These wildfires struck just as school was starting Spring Break.

This GoFundMe was created by Mike’s favorite younger sister, Allison. These funds will help during this time of transition while the Cavenah's work through insurance claims and difficult decisions for their future.
