Help Mike Cleland Fight Cancer

Mike was diagnosed with kidney cancer with metastasis on his lungs in January of 2020. The kidney and tumor were removed February 3, 2020. Shortly after that surgery Mike called on the expertise of the specialist at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX. The treatment and care Mike has received there has been life saving. In April of 2022, the cancer metastasized to the brain and in Gods goodness He provided a world renowned team of doctors to care and look after Mike. He has endured countless hours of testing, scans, radiation, immunotherapy, and is currently on chemotherapy. His team of doctors are in the departments of Genitourinary, Cardiology, Dermatology, Radiation Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition. For the last 3 1/2 years, Mike and Laura have traveled back and forth to Houston an average of every 3 WEEKS! It is a 244 mile trek one way. Although this care is a blessing, it has taken its toll financially. His cancer fight is not over and, at the moment, the treatment is indefinite. They need our help.

Mike and Laura are overwhelmed by all of the love and encouragement from family and friends. The prayers have carried them through this journey. They both consider it an honor to trust in the Lord and an honor to have so many people on their team.
