Help Mikylah-Rose get a special helmet.

My Grandaughter Mikylah-Rose was born  on November 6th 2020 with a very rare brain disorder called Incomplete Rhombencephalosynapsis. This is a congenital abnormality of the cerebellum. In this case all three major "hearts " of the brain are underdeveloped.  The Hippocampus, which is slightly twisted,  the Thalamus which is still fused together and has not separated and the cerebellum which is underdeveloped.  The helmet she requires is a specially fitted Cranial Remolding Orthosis. This helmet will help correct her skull shape, help the development of her head growth as well as positional plagiocephaly.  Unfortunately my Daughter has no benefits and  has lost her job due to Covid. She lives with my Husband and I and our Alberta Health care does not cover the cost of this necessary life changing therapy.  Our hope is to be able to raise the money for our Grandaughter so she has a chance to live the most productive normal life every child deserves.
