Get Miles Branman Back on the Road Again

Miles Branman is a well known and hardworking automotive journalist based in Southern California, who regularly contributes to The Manual, Digital Trends, Robb Report, and Autobytel. He is a husband, son, brother, and loyal friend to many.
While on a motorcycle ride with some of his best friends on April 6th, 2019, Miles Branman was struck by a hit-and-run drunk driver while stopped at a traffic signal on Pacific Coast Hwy.
Miles sustained a moderate to severe Traumatic Brain Injury. He was treated at Mission Hospital's Trauma Center and Surgical Intensive Care.
Later, he was transferred to Kaiser Anaheim's Neurology ICU. Following his release from the hospital, Miles was treated at Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital of Tustin.
This crime has dramatically impacted Miles's life and those of his loved ones. Though Miles has made some progress in his recovery and is now at home, he continues to experience extreme fatigue, short term memory loss, brain fog, increased anxiety, and a loss of emotional control.
The process of getting Miles the ongoing care he needs has required all of our focus for the past few months. We have put together the beginnings of a good medical team: a neurologist, psychiatrist, physical therapist and psychologist. Unfortunately, Miles' insurance does not cover all of these specialists, and time is of the essence to guarantee the best possible outcome for him. We appreciate any assistance on Miles' road to recovery. All funds will be put towards these expenses. If there is any surplus of funds, we will be donating it to Mothers Against Drunk Driving, an organization that has already been of great help and encouragement to us.
Miles's family plan to continue advocating on his behalf and continue to search for the best care. Our hope is to have him return to full health, and to his passions -- cars, reviewing, overlanding, and racing -- as soon as possible.
