Help Kevin Weil cover legal fees and seek justice!

June update...
It's Kevins birthday month!
Wish him a happy birthday by making a donation, please! Kevin is ten months sober now, and doing really well! We have made the first withdraw from the go fund me, and will be making an initial payment to an attorney this week. Thank you so much to everyone who has donated to his cause, or shared the fundraiser.
❤️❤️❤️
We are launching this fundraiser to rally support for Kevin, a Huntsville fixture and writer/actor/poet.
He has been entangled in a legal battle in Arkansas for the last eight months, and urgently needs our help to cover mounting legal fees and the cost of hiring a capable attorney.
Despite his best efforts, the legal expenses have become an immense obstacle, in a case threatening to derail his life and future.
The situation Kevin faces is daunting, and he cannot face it alone. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a significant impact and bring him one step closer to obtaining the legal representation he deserves.
He is being charged with possession of his legally owned and licensed firearms, possession of CBD medical marijuana, legally grow in NM where he was travelling from and a personal dose of psilocybin he was using for ptsd treatment.
Facing 10-40 years in prison does not seem just in this case. But the unfortunate truth is, you get the justice you can afford in this system.
I beleive so many of you have felt able to call apon Kevin in times of need, or just enjoyed the conversation, adventures and friendship he has to offer. From working on classic cars and bikes, to serving up drinks at Voodoo, to late night hair cuts in the barber’s chair at his house, or training and teaching fitness and Israeli martial arts, Kevin has always held the door open to friends. Now he's the one who needs our help.
If you are able to donate, even if only a small amount, please help us! Together we can show him he is not alone in this fight, helping him stay free and come home ❤️
