Help Millie have surgery to save her life

So as most of you know my dog Sam has passed away and Millie has been in pretty bad shape since Friday December 8th.
On December 2,2023 I received my purchase of Seresto flea collars from Amazon so i did my ritual of bathing all the dogs and it was time for the new collars. I normally get the collars from Dr Steve from Manomet Animal hospital but I forgot when Sam went for his appointment back in October. After the baths i put the collars on and everything seemed fine. The next day we put on their new sweaters and again they seemed fine. On Monday December 4th Chuck called me at work and said something was wrong with Sam, I got home and rushed him to VESH emergency hospital where as soon as we walked in the door they wouldn't take Sam unless we put at least $400 down which i did. Then after looking at him they told me I needed to put another $1300 down so they could start doing some tests. I didn’t have it but said I would get it later. They discharged my dog and told me to just keep an eye on him. Wouldn't help him without that money. I went home with Sam and called more places and got the same answer everywhere I went. I stayed up all night holding my dog and bawling my eyes out cause there was nothing i could do. Then @ 7 am I called Dr Steve and he told me to bring Sam in. Sam howled in pain all the way to Plymouth and by the time we got there he was blind and in complete agony. I have never been so heartbroken in my entire life.
On December 8th Chuck called me at work again and told me there was something wrong with Millie so I had the same problem again finding a place that would take her until i called Angell Animal Hospital in Boston. They even wanted money to put down as well but they took $1225 and started taking care of her. After 12 hours they got her stable and told me to go home and they would call if anything changed. I got out to the parking lot and the vet called my phone for me to come back. I went back and they said Millie took a turn for the worse and the doctor was working on her. When the Doctor came out they told us that we needed to prepare ourselves that Millie wasn't going to make. When I say I lost it, that doesn't even do justice. For 3 hours they were on the phone with ASPCA poison control trying to figure out what to do next. Millie developed a fever so they started her on two antibiotics after blood work showing she developed an infection and she started to respond well. Today is Monday December 11th and Millie is still fighting. Today they found a mass in her abdomen that needs to be taken out immediately and I don’t normally do this but we are up to $8000 and that doesn't count the $1225 i already put down. Any donation would be a huge help. I want to thank and continue to thank everyone for the amazing support and kind words.
