Help Mindy Heal From Covid

During this time of need, Mindy's three siblings: Brian, Jaimee and Courtney have decided to come together to reach as many people as possible with Mindy's story in hopes of not just raising money but also increasing the well wishes and prayers for our big sister.

• Mindy began getting sick early July 2021 and was diagnosed with Covid-19 shortly after.

Things began to progress quickly and a few days after her diagnoses, she was admitted to the hospital.

Here is where the road began to get more difficult than we could have foreseen.

After a few days in the hospital fighting Covid, Mindy also contracted MRSA and Pneumonia.

Her real battle had yet to begin. Shortly after, the doctors told us the words we were most afraid of hearing... a ventilator was her best chance to win this fight for her life.

On July 27 around 6pm our dear, sweet, caring sister consented to being put on a ventilator.

Since that moment, she has been slowly getting better and we are thanking God everyday.

She has been steadily overcoming every milestone the doctors have set for her with COVID and even then, it is still touch and go due to the MRSA and Pneumonia.

We know this past year and a half has taken its toll on everyone so it is hard for us to reach out for help...but at this point our sister's health and recovery is more important than our pride.

We set this GoFundMe Goal in hopes of alleviating as much of the financial strain of not being able to work this past month and for the foreseeable future for our sister. It is our hope that healing and recovery can be her only focus.

Mindy does so much for so many people in her life, we are just trying take care of her the only way we know how to right now.
