Help MinhThu Nguyen Represent Tempe in Peru

Hello! My name is MinhThu Nguyen and I am excited to have been selected as a student delegate by Tempe Sister Cities (TSC) to represent Tempe in their Student Exchange Program this summer. I am writing to ask for your financial support to help the 2024 Student Program be a success. (tempesistercities.org)

I survived a competitive selection process and am one of 10 high school juniors from Tempe who were selected to travel to one of our 11 worldwide sister cities and live with a family for three weeks. I am going to Cusco Peru. Cusco Peru was the home of the ancient Aztec Civilization and as a history buff I am excited to have the opportunity to explore the city and its modern and historical culture. I will be leaving in early June and returning the first week of July. My host sister will then be coming here for three weeks to live with my family and me.

The TSC Student Exchange Program has many activities planned for our international sisters and brothers while they are in Tempe. We hope to take our delegation to the Grand Canyon and California, as well as show them the best of Tempe and Arizona. We are fundraising to cover these expenses for the Tempe and International delegates and I am hoping you are able to donate.
