Help Miranda recover from major brain surgery

Donation protected
Hi. My name is Miranda for those of you who don’t know me. I’m 24. I live in Myrtle Beach, SC. I fully support myself. I’ve been on my own since I was 17. I don’t get financial help from my parents or anyone. I haven’t been able to afford health insurance since being on my own. For those of you who do know me, you know how much I have been struggling lately on top of being depressed. This happening to me changed a lot! It ruined my plans and goals for this year on top of me having to quit my job. Out of nowhere on July 28th I went from being perfectly fine within about 10 seconds later to being in excruciating pain. I checked myself into Grand Strand hospital to realize I had a brain bleed that almost killed me. They did an angiogram, a spinal tap, multiple tests, catscans and mri’s and finally a craniotomy. I was in ICU for 10 days and I’m still having recovery issues. I’ve been back and fourth to not only the ER, but also to neurologist and multiple other specialist. Having the bleed was the most painful experiences of my entire life. They couldn’t figure out a diagnosis the entire time I was in the hospital up until discharge. My last neurologist follow up was last week and he said they are still doing research and hopefully by January, my next follow up, they will have a diagnosis but are still uncertain. My bills for everything without insurance are $347,038.20 as of right now. Since I don’t have insurance they did offer me the financial assistance program, however I’m still responsible for 20% of the bills which still comes to an outstanding amount of $69,407.64 plus my last Emergency room visit and 3 of the emergency follow ups which were scheduled by the hospital. Since those were so recent I haven’t received the bills for those yet so I can’t add that to the total because I’m unaware of the costs. I was out of work for recovery for alittle over two months due to the brain surgery and being on bed rest and that used up my entire savings. I’ve been struggling to pay my bills and also had to quit one of my jobs due to being in constant pain from the fact that the spinal tap procedure went wrong and I’ve had to have 3 procedures on my lower back which were all unexpected afterwards, which have also put me out of work an extra 2 months longer than they projected. I’m still to this day having lower back pain and they’re unsure if I need surgery or not now. I’m not the type of person to ever ask for help, but there’s no way I can get back to normal on my own. Any help would be beyond greatly appreciated. I’m just trying to get back to my normal life. Thank you to all my friends that have been there for me through all of this and thank you for your time and support if I don’t know you.
