Help Mirza and his children through hard times

Dear Community,

I'm reaching out to this community for help. It hasn't been easy for me to come to the decision to launch a GoFundMe but I have decided to put my pride down and embrace vulnerability, for the best interest of my children.

My kids, Alijah (22), Sage (17), and Yemaya (11) and I have recently gone through an extremely hard family situation. Their mom Shantell (my ex-wife) passed away in November. She took her own life the day after Thanksgiving with a firearm. Needless to say it has been the darkest days for our family. A pain and sadness for my children so profound it can't be put into words.

Right now we need all the help we can get including financially. We've already raised money for end of life expenses and have been overwhelmed with peoples generosity. Many have also helped us so kindly with a mealtrain and doordash which has helped us get through day to day living. I am now hoping to raise money for the costs of therapy, mental health services, grief counseling, grief camps, and other resources and experiences that will help us all heal from this horrible experience.
