Help Missy Misdemeanor Survive

You know her, you love her, you have asked me about her weird robot eye, but Missy is in a really bad way. And while she is 16 years old, she has been my constant companion since 2006.

About 2 or 3 days ago, she stopped eating entirely and when I picked her up I discovered how slight she was and I panicked. After we took her to the doctor, he gave us fluids and some appetite stimulants and sent us on our way--but she didn't seem to get any better. I took her to the same place I took the Siamese we saved and it seems to stabilize her and find out what is wrong costs $3K. They need to stabilize her, do an ultra-sound, and test her urine and blood—and at an emergency vet, that ain't cheap.

And after what I went through with the above Siamese, I'm a little cash poor so I'm asking for help.

But a few things of note:

1. I don't know if this will be a happy ending. If they discover she is terminal, I will do the best thing I can and give her a kiss and send her on her way.

2. However, with the above, I have to try for her. Missy is the OG, and she has lived on EVERY coast and in the three major American cities, and she deserves to be fought for.

3. She survived a building fire in 2017, which is pretty cool.
