Help Mme Lise Boyer pay funeral costs-Gary Ladd

My name is Mat Boyer and I'm the son of Mme Lise Boyer.
We thought it was just another routine visit to the hospital. For the last few years Garnett (Gary Ladd) Ladouceur had made many trips to the hospital including last Christmas. But this Christmas morning would be different. At 4:00 am Christmas morning my mom received the dreaded phone call… there would be no more Christmases with Gary. Sadly, he passed away that morning, forever changing Christmas for my mom and family. It was devastating for Lise as, although she has been playing the role of caregiver for a number of years, she still thought that she would have more time (years) together.
Now the realities of the costs of the funeral and other unknowns loom. So with part of her income gone and the expenses about to mount “we (family and friends) decided to ask for help for mom. We appreciate that it has been difficult for most in many different ways; however, if you are able to contribute in order to lesson one more hurdle that mom has to deal with, any and all donations would be appreciated.
As many of you know, mom taught French Immersion for many years giving her heart and soul not only to the students she taught each year but to their parents as well, letting them know that their children were in good hands and she was setting them up for success in life from the very beginning (as she taught mostly grade 1....so she could be taller than the kids). Now as a retired teacher (although she still tries to get in and substitute on occasion) she will need to figure out her next steps without the love of her life at her side. Life comes with many lessons and we are hoping that you can help us make this one a less painful one. Thank you
