Help Mohamednoor Ali Aden

Mohamednoor Ali Aden, is a young bright  22 year old  resident of a remote town in Kenya called Dadaab Garissa . He  Suffers from Esophageal constriction which prevents him from eating any solid food and this is rapidly deteriorating his health.  He is advised by doctors to not eat any form of solid food and his condition is worsening by the day.
