Help Mohammed Ayash Rebuild His Future

Hi, we (Mohammed, 19 from Gaza and Julia, 24 from Germany) are raising funds to be able to get Mohammed out of Gaza, where he has already been injured and was displaced multiple times. We *need* to raise this money, so he can get to safety and continue his studies.

Here is his story:

My name is Mohammed Ayash from the blockaded Gaza Strip. I am 19 years old and completed my school education with excellent grades. I enrolled in the College of Applied Sciences to study programming, but at the beginning of the academic year, the war of extermination started, and my university was completely destroyed. Now, there is no place for me to continue my studies, and my academic future has been ruined because I couldn't leave due to high costs.

With the start of the war, our family home, where we kept all our beautiful memories—the home we grew up in and invested all we had—was destroyed. I was also injured in my back and shoulder, leading to several days in the hospital and multiple surgeries.

We have been displaced many times, and each displacement is fraught with danger and extremely costly. Currently, I live in a small, extremely hot tent with six family members. It offers no protection from the summer heat, harmful insects, or flies, and makes everyday life and living conditions extremely difficult due to the lack of a stable and sufficient income. We cannot afford to rent a safe shelter.

I have lost my university, my home, and my future due to this brutal war. I am in desperate need of help because I have no means to earn money to support my family and continue my education, which I have always dreamed of completing. I am asking for your help through donations and by sharing this fundraising campaign to help me either survive or rebuild my life.

I have many aspirations and dreams for a better life and to continue my education, so any way you can assist is greatly appreciated. I hope to be able to continue my studies and live in safety one day.

-the money will be transferred from gofundme’s account to mine and from there i will forward it to a friend of Mohammed‘s in germany who is able to send the money to egypt where it can easily be given to Mohammed via a trusted person in Gaza .
