Help Mohammed Escape War and Reunite with Family

Dear compassionate souls,

My name is Mohammed Maher Abouzour, and I find myself trapped in the heart of the war in Gaza. As I reach out to you, I am alone in Gaza separated from my beloved family, who are thankfully outside the war zone. However, this difficult separation weighs heavily upon me, and I am desperate to be reunited with my family. I need to evacuate Gaza, but I cannot just leave. There are fees charged at the boarder to get my name added to the list to exit, and to then be able to reunite with my family in Kuwait.

I am a fifth-year pharmacy student, eager to complete my education and make my contribution to society. This year was meant to mark my graduation from Al-Ahzar University and the beginning of my journey as a pharmacist. However, the violence of this war derailing my dreams. My home, along with my university, lies in ruins, leaving me without a shelter, without an education, and without hope.

The financial strain imposed by this conflict is impossible to overcome. Basic necessities, such as food and clean water, have become luxuries here, and the spread of diseases like Hepatitis A looms over us every minute of every day. Like everyone in Gaza, my very life is at risk every day that I cannot leave.

I humbly ask for your support in escaping this war. Any contributions will help enable me to evacuate this war zone and join my family in Kuwait, where I can find safety and stability. Additionally, your support will aid me in rebuilding my dreams, that have been shattered by this war that has turned my life upside down. I want to be able to join my family and access education so that I can complete my pharmacy degree.
