The child Muhammad Ahmad Jalal Rayyan, displaced from the village of Al-Zawaida to the city of Deir al-Balah, is 15 years old. On 1/23/2024, he was exposed to a missile by the Israeli occupation, as a result of which his right hand was amputated, and his left hand suffered fractures, lacerations, torn veins and arteries, as well as damage to the nerves of the hand and a fracture in his left foot, in addition to numerous wounds and lacerations. The occupier did not only take away his right hand, but also took away his home and shelter in which he lived with his family. Thus, Muhammad became homeless and without a hand. Also, all that remained in his left hand was two fingers that he could not benefit from in anything. My hand is gone, and this is God’s will, but it is possible that I will replace it with an electronic prosthetic hand, and I will also be able to compensate for something from my house that was demolished.
