I am Mohammed Almughanni, a 20-year-old with an unyielding passion for technology. I graduated high school in 2022 with an outstanding 96.7% distinction grade in the science stream. My dedication and hard work earned me a full scholarship from the Reach Education Fund to study Software Engineering at the Islamic University of Gaza.

In my first year, I excelled academically, ranking among the top students. But just days after I started my second year, everything changed. The events of October 7th turned my world upside down. My university was completely destroyed, and my education was abruptly cut off. Since then, my family and I have been struggling to survive, displaced and living under the weight of war.

Despite everything, I refuse to give up. Education is my path to a better future, and I am determined to continue my journey. My dream is to restart my bachelor’s degree in Egypt, studying Software Engineering, but the financial burden is overwhelming. I need your help to make this dream a reality.

What I Need to Start Again

To enroll in an Egyptian university and cover one year of tuition, along with travel and initial registration fees, I need:

• $6,000 per academic year (Software Engineering tuition for international students)/ $30,000 for full five academic studying years

• $1,500 (one-time registration fee)

• $5,000 (travel, accommodation, and essential expenses)
