From the Ruins of the Past to the Light of the Future: Your Help Means Hope for Us
Hello,
I write these words from a torn tent, in a place we once called home. Months ago, our lives collapsed completely. Our house became rubble, our past is now just a memory, and we are left living amidst the cold and rain, trying to survive day by day.
I am Eng_Mohammed i am 26-year-old, and my wife Eng_Eman is the same age. We are doing everything we can to protect our two small children. We carry our 7-month-old baby his name Mahmoud in our arms, while our 2-year-old his name Khaled seeks refuge beside us, looking for safety in our eyes.
But the truth we try to hide from them is that we can no longer do this alone. The nights are cold, food is scarce, and the fear of tomorrow weighs heavily on our hearts. We have given all we can, but now we need you – your kind hearts and helping hands.
Every night, we watch our children struggle to sleep on the cold ground, and we wonder: will the sun rise tomorrow with even the slightest glimmer of hope? We don’t ask for much, just a small place to shelter us, and a simple life that gives our children a chance to grow up safely.
Cost of Living:
In these difficult times, we feel that life has turned into a series of increasing challenges. Prices are rising rapidly, and every passing day reveals that what we once considered essential is now out of reach. Food that once filled our table has become a distant dream, and the clothes that used to protect us from the cold have become a burden. Even our most basic needs are now more costly than we can afford.
As prices keep rising, the pain grows in our hearts, seeing our children face an uncertain future while we are unable to provide them with a better life. We don't ask for much, just to live in peace and safety, and to be able to provide for our children without fear of tomorrow. Our dream is to provide them with a safe and healthy environment that allows them to grow and learn without the fear of an uncertain future.
Your support in this difficult time could be the hope we need to restore our lives, even with a simple word of support or a small donation. Every contribution means more to us than words can express, as it helps us build a better tomorrow for our children.
What Do We Need?
We need to raise €15,000 EUR to rebuild our lives. This amount is divided into four key stages, each stage targeting specific needs and providing a better life for our children:
1. Stage 1 – €3,000 EUR:
Providing a safe shelter away from the cold and rain, securing a place where our children can live in safety.
2. Stage 2 – €3,000 EUR:
Securing essential needs such as food and clothing for both our children and us, to ensure proper nutrition and better health.
3. Stage 3 – €3,000 EUR:
Providing basic medical care for our children and ensuring their growth in a safe and healthy environment.
4. Stage 4 – €6,000 EUR:
Installing solar panels and batteries to secure energy for our shelter, helping us reduce reliance on external energy sources and improving our quality of life.
How Will Your Contribution Make a Difference?
Every donation will help in:
Safe Shelter: Securing a place to protect our children from the cold and rain.
Basic Needs: Providing food and clothing to meet our children’s essential needs.
A New Opportunity: Your help will give our children a chance to grow in a safe environment, free from fear.
How You Can Help Us:
1. Donate whatever you can, no matter how small; every bit counts and means so much to us.
2. Share our story with your friends and family; it may reach someone who can help.
3. Keep us in your prayers; they give us the strength to keep going.
We know life is not easy for everyone, but we believe that kindness still exists. With your support, we can turn these tough days into a new beginning filled with hope.
Thank you to everyone who has chosen to extend a helping hand to us, and to those who have read these words. You are the light in the darkness of our lives, and the hope we are holding onto.
With all our love and vulnerability,
Mohammed Abu Harbeed and Family
