Help Mohannad and his family escape to safety

Hi, my name is Trish and I live in the United Kingdom. My beneficiary is Mohannad Atallah, who lost his job as an advocate due to the Palestinian genocide. His wife, Israa, was also unfortunately let go from her job as a Laboratory Analyist ; therefore they are unable to support their family. They have three wonderful children, that they care for deeply and are doing his best to keep them safe and healthy. Additionally, they are planning to seek refuge in Egypt as soon as the Egyptian-Palestinian border opens. The amount for each person to escape from Gaza is $5,000, so Mohannad requires approximately $30,000 to provide for basic amenities and travel costs. I will transfer the money to him directly and remain in touch with him throughout this process for any urgent updates.

These are some words that Israa Atallah would like to share with you all.

“The day death was near us, on the seventh of October, marked the beginning of the collapse of our dreams and aspirations. Since that date, our lives turned upside down. We decided to flee from the first day of the war, preserving our lives. Our living area had always been dangerous. Our family, consisting of 5 members, attempted to escape from one place to another in an attempt to save our lives. We fled to different places, many times, forced to leave behind all our belongings, memories, and family photos. We barely managed to escape with our lives. We decided to abandon our happy memories and everything related to us from that fateful day.

A particularly painful consequence of the ongoing war has been the disruption of education for my children. Schools have become inaccessible, and the once routine structure of learning and development has been shattered, leaving their futures uncertain.

This is a call to action for anyone who believes in the power of humanity to change lives. With your help, we can offer my family a future filled with hope, security, and the opportunity to rebuild in a place where peace is not just a dream, but a reality, and where education and personal development are accessible to all.
