Help Molly and Tatyanna Rebuild After Flood!

My cousin, Molly King-Smith and her wife Tatyanna , were devastated by the flood in Oxford, CT on August 18th, 2024. They live on Rt. 67 and experienced the full force of Little River rushing into their home. Their garage and attached room are a complete loss, their basement was completely under water - wiping out the furnace, washer, dryer, electrical panel, and propane tank. Both cars were completely submerged.

Today they received the horrible news that homeowners insurance won't cover the damage (due to the water coming from an external source) and FEMA has yet to declare a disaster in the area, so no relief in sight. I am taking this opportunity to ask friends and neighbors for help, no amount is too small, as the impact to them is great.
