Help mom get a wheelchair van!

Hi my name is Laura, I am trying to raise money so my mom can get a wheelchair van. My mom has been through so much in the last year she has had cancer treatments that have almost killed her. She had brain surgery, and then a stroke that kept her in the Portland hospital for over 3 months. She was at heritage rehabilitation center for about six months and she was taken to the hospital with a massive infection and pneumonia. She has survived all that and is currently at home. We are lucky enough to be able to take care of her there. We are struggling with transportation getting her to doctors appointments and testing she needs. We are trying to raise money to get her a wheelchair van , so it won't be such a struggle for her. She has been through so much already.
