Help Monica Munro and her Mother secure a new home!

So many of us who entertain and enjoy those who do, owe those who came before us everything. Our legends and icons have not only paved the way for us in many fights for equality and respect but also paved the way artistically by inspiring and emboldening us to take up the path to become great entertainers ourselves. This is absolutely the case with Monica Munro. Many of you, like myself have been truly inspired by Monica in so many ways. She was always the woman to stand out and march to the beat of her own drum. An icon of style and attitude, she has the easiest and most enchanting ability to captivate you whether it is on stage or just in conversation which quickly devours the hours. We don’t always have the chance to return the favor to those whom which we look up to, and who have given us so much of themselves . We often find ourselves waiting to give people their flowers until they are no longer with us, or out of our bounds. We have a chance now to show Monica, and her mother how much she means to us and how much we have appreciated the decades she has spent entertaining and inspiring us. Monica and her mother, for whom she cares for, have come upon the unfortunate circumstance of having their home put in jeopardy. Her landlord has decided to sell the house they have called home for seven years. Without much notice nor many options, anxiety and uncertainty abound. In such a volatile housing market and without many resources, I’m asking you all on her behalf and with her blessing, to help them in this transition to raise money for a down payment and move. I hope that you will all open your hearts, wallets, and purses, to help this woman and her mother who is beloved by so many. Time is of the essence, so please donate and share!
