Help moose beat Heart worms

Hi my name is Ashley. I have a one in half year old Rottweiler I brought him home 2 months ago from a couple in Illinois. Well he tested positive for heartworm: he needs to get some X-rays done more blood drawn and then medicine that could cost up to 400/500 a shot. X-rays are about 200$ and blood isn’t cheap either. Anything would help get him back to his self. It’s going to be a long road ahead of us. Also thank you in advance.
