Join Us in Supporting Morgan Haigh’s Fight Against Cervical Cancer
Thank you for being here and taking the time to make a difference in the life of our amazing friend, Morgan Haigh. If you know Morgan, you know she’s a bright light in this world—someone who fills every moment with laughter, warmth, and boundless love. Right now, she’s facing a tough challenge: a recent diagnosis of cervical cancer. And now, she needs all of us to rally behind her.
Why We’re Coming Together for Morgan
Morgan is one of those people who has a magical way of making life better for everyone around her. Her energy is infectious, and her positivity lifts us all. But as she begins this challenging journey, it’s our turn to give that same energy back to her.
After a long year of doctor’s visits and tests, Morgan learned that the cancer has spread to her lymph nodes and pelvic region. She’s about to begin nine weeks of intensive radiation and chemotherapy—a physically and emotionally tough road. But if there’s one thing we know about Morgan, she has the strength, courage, and determination to overcome this.
How You Can Help Morgan
Morgan has some insurance, but as is often the case, many critical treatments and therapies aren’t fully covered. This GoFundMe aims to ease the financial burden so she can focus on what matters most—healing. Your donations will help cover medical expenses and holistic therapies and allow her family to be close for support during this time.
By giving, you’re not just contributing financially—you’re helping to create space for Morgan to rest, recover, and recharge without the added stress of mounting costs.
A Holistic Path to Healing
Morgan is more than just her diagnosis; we believe in caring for her as a whole person. In addition to traditional treatments, your support will help her explore complementary therapies, such as acupuncture, bodywork, healthy foods, RSO oil, travel expenses if necessary, and any other treatments and medications that insurance won’t cover.
How You Can Make a Difference
Every little bit counts, and any contribution, whether a donation or simply sharing this page with your network, will help Morgan in ways that words can’t express. Your kindness will give her the strength to face this challenge head-on.
Let’s come together to lift Morgan up, surround her with the love and light she’s always given to others, and help her focus on reclaiming her health, joy, and future.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting Morgan during this time. Your generosity means the world to her and everyone who loves her.
Words And Updates from Morgan:
What is there to say? My name is Morgan and I am a 31 year old woman/creative/helper based in Portland, OR. What started out as a weirdly long period turned into a year of doctor’s visits, referrals, medical procedures and tests which ultimately led to a cervical cancer diagnosis.
That means I am now a cancer patient too.
While the information around it is developing, I am one MRI away from finding out what stage it is and where exactly it has spread to, since we know it has metastasized. I will likely be undergoing radiation and chemo for a minimum of five weeks. Since treatment hasn’t begun we are just managing the pain and nausea symptoms I’m experiencing.
I have insurance and luckily am covered for my regular life bills but am finding that the things that holistically support my body are not covered. I intend to spend any money received on acupuncture, bodywork, healthy foods, RSO oil, help my parents with travel expenses if necessary, and any other treatments and medications that insurance won’t cover.
As someone who believes in the medicine of hard times I know that this experience will change me. I am open to these changes and I embrace them. I believe that I can emerge from this experience better than before.
I feel the arms of my loved ones near and far beginning to encircle me as I enter into this process
I am sad, I am thankful, I am scared, and I am loved,
Morgan
