Help Morgan Rebuild After Storage Theft

Hello, my name is Morgan.

In August 2024, I moved back to my hometown, but was forced to leave again in September due to leasing issues.

When I left, I purchased a storage unit to hold my belongings until I could return to pick them up. When I did in November, my storage unit was completely empty.

The unit had almost everything I owned in it. Most of my clothes, more than a decade's worth of plushies, pins, electronics, my bike, and countless sentimental things I could never replace like art and gifts from family and friends. The police refused to let us file a report from out of state, and both the Public Storage company and the company the unit was supposed to be ensured by, Sedgwick, have been abrasive and won't allow a claim to be filed without images of every single item-- and a police report.

I hate having to do this but I have to resort to financial aid from the community in hopes to get a fresh start replacing what I've lost.
