Help Mo's kids recover
Donation protected
The sudden passing of Michael Owen Clark, Kingston’s “Mo,” has left his friends and community with sorrow and grief. Mo was a long-time member of the Sleepless Goat Cooperative and a kind and inclusive presence to many who knew him while working and living in downtown Kingston.
Mo leaves behind two wonderful children, Lily-Rose and Pearl, who now have to navigate this world without the presence of their father. While no sum can ever eliminate the trauma and grief that accompanies the tragic loss of a parent, we hope to ease the burdens they now face.
Let’s pay forward the kindness, inclusivity, and good humour Mo offered to the community and show his kids that we support them in their time of need, grief, and long-term recovery.
We hope you will consider honouring Mo’s legacy by donating generously towards supporting the costs of emotional recovery and mental health support for Lily-Rose and Pearl and the immediate end-of-life expenses his estate faces.
We hope to raise $20,000 (or more) to accomplish these goals. We hope you will consider contributing.
