Help Moses with Surgery

Our sweet one-year old Australian shepherd, Moses, was hit by a car last week that shattered his hip. Our puppy has been an anchor to our family this year as we transition into a single-parent household. As an integral part of our family who brings so much energy and joy, we want to save his leg so that he can continue to run, jump, and shepherd the kids like he has done so lovingly for the past year. Times are difficult financially especially on a single-parent income, so any help (including thoughts and prayers) would be much appreciated. Our goal is to get him a hip plate and ACL surgery as soon as possible so that amputation is completely off the table.
