Help Moss Creekmore in his Fight Against Colon Cancer
Donation protected
I’m reaching out on behalf of my brother-in-law, Moss Creekmore, his wife Shannyn, and their two sons, Austin and Arlis.
This past week, our world was turned upside down when Moss was diagnosed with colon cancer. Right now, doctors are still determining the stage of his cancer but have confirmed he needs immediate surgery. A 6 cm tumor is blocking his colon, making it impossible for him to eat. He has been admitted to Comox Hospital, where he is awaiting surgery that could happen as early as this weekend or Monday at the latest. Shannyn is staying by his side every moment.
The road ahead will not be easy. This first surgery alone will require at least six weeks of recovery and if all goes well, Moss will remain in the hospital up to 10 days post-surgery before he can return home. At this time, we don’t yet know what the next steps of his treatment will look like.
Anyone who knows Moss knows how hardworking, humble, and proud he is. As a devoted husband and father, a passionate motorcycle enthusiast, and a dedicated business owner, Moss has never been one to ask for help. But this fight is bigger than him alone—and we’re stepping up for him, just as he would for any of us.
We’re asking for your support to help ease the financial burden on Moss and his family during this incredibly difficult time. While he focuses on healing, the last thing they should have to worry about is how to cover medical expenses, ongoing treatments and just the day-to-day bills and expenses to keep their family afloat
Every donation, no matter the amount, will make a real difference in helping Moss and his family navigate this tough road ahead. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this page to spread the word and rally support.
Moss has always shown up for his family, his friends, and community. Now, it’s our turn to show up for him.
Thank you all for your kindness, generosity, and support. We will continue to update this page as we learn more.
Let’s help Moss win this fight.
