Hi, my name is Mohamad Iskandar, and I’m writing to share the story of my dear friend, Mostafa Awad, who is currently fighting a life-threatening battle against kidney disease he has been diagnosed with stage 5 a condition that has severely impacted his kidneys and left him in desperate need of a transplant to survive.

He has undergone countless treatments, and hospital visits. Despite the toll it has taken on his health and spirit he has shown incredible strength, courage, and resilience. However, without a kidney transplant, his condition will continue to deteriorate, and his quality of life will only worsen.
