Help mother of seven fight rare disease!

My sister Kimberly gave up her career in massage therapy to homeschool her six children, her husband has been a nurse for 13yrs, however my sister has been diagnosed with a rare disorder called the"Nutcracker Syndrome" 1 week after delivering their 7th child, this syndrome has been causing severe debilitating organ pain that leaves my sister unable to care for herself, let alone her newborn, her husband Ryan has been let go from his job of 6yrs because he had to bring my sister to multiple Dr. appointments which caused him to miss work at times, they did not want to work with him. This caused them to lose their transportation/housing. My sister now has to use a bedside commode and a walker/ wheelchair to keep pain level down, they had to relocate from Texas to Louisiana to be near family, now they will have to relocate to Maryland for my sister's treatment of the nutcracker syndrome due to the fact that medical professionals in her area has either no knowledge or very little knowledge about the disease. All monies will go towards housing, family vehicle,traveling, and medical expenses!
