The four of us -- Denise, Janis, Patty and Steph -- started this GFM for Mother Pearl Justice because she is a friend, mentor, coach and amazing human. She has given so much to all of us, individually and collectively, over her seven decades on the planet. Please see the video here to learn a little about her (want more? Mother Pearl is currently facing some significant challenges. Not only does she need to relinquish her current residence in Arizona to the owners who want to return to their retirement home, her son is struggling with a serious illness. She needs to relocate from Arizona to the LA area in California to have time with and be of support to her son. With no family to lean on for assistance in this time, we are working together to get her the support she needs.

Thank you for visiting this fundraiser. I am now in California and with my son. Conditions here are challenging, as my son struggles with advanced cancer and all that comes with. I am so grateful to be here with him and my granddaughters in this precious time. I am so grateful for the support offered so far -- expenses are significant and anything offered, financial or simple prayer, helps.

Mother Pearl Marigold Justice is a beacon of resilience, wisdom, and compassion. Her journey from the streets of Watts and South-Central L.A. to becoming Entrepreneur and business owner as The Relationship Oracle is a testament to her indomitable spirit and dedication to personal growth and healing.

With over seven decades on the planet, she has passed through some of the most profoundly important and turbulent times in our history.

A Life of Overcoming Adversity

As the oldest and last living of five children and a single mother by 24, Mother Pearl learned early on how to "make a way out of no-way." Her life experiences, including the loss of beloved family members and caring for an ailing parent, have shaped her into a deeply empathetic and insightful individual.

A Career Dedicated to Helping Others

Despite a wide array of personal and collective challenges, Mother Pearl has worn many hats over the many decades she has served in a professional role:

2. Executive in a Personal Growth & Professional Development Seminar company

3. Independent contractor for corporations like Boeing

4. Entrepreneur and coach as The Relationship Oracle

Her expertise lies in helping people overcome adversity, improve communication, dismantle fear of failure, heal from low self-esteem, and expose the myths of imposter syndrome.

A Healer and Spiritual Guide

Mother Pearl is a seasoned and wise life coach as well as a visionary artist and motivational storyteller. She adds to this experience as a spiritual consultant and medium, a skill reinforced through her role as an ordained minister and professionally trained energy & healing practitioner. She offers remote healing sessions for grief, stress relief, and managing anxiety and fear.

Testimony to her effectiveness with clients is known to each one of us who supports her in this time of transition. Denise credits the longevity of her 28-year marriage to Mother Pearl’s wise guidance and couple support along the way. Janis leaned heavily on Mother Pearl during a massively challenging time in 2020, and it was through Mother Pearl’s nurturing, compassionate and steady guidance and love that she passed through one of the most difficult passages of her life intact. Patty and Stephanie were so moved by Mother Pearl’s story and obvious mission and compassion that they are dedicating, time, energy, and other resources to supporting Mother Pearl’s transition from Arizona to Los Angeles, so she can be near her son and continue giving the incredible gift she carries to the world.

International Impact

Mother Pearl's impact is not contained in the US. In 1996, Mother Pearl was invited to the first Conference for the Healing of the Women of South Africa. There, she facilitated groundbreaking conversations between black and white women, helping to heal the wounds of apartheid. It was one of the most moving moments of her life with effects rippling out for her and the many women who touched her life in that moment.

Mother Pearl currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona. However, her son in Los Angeles is facing a serious illness. This GoFundMe campaign aims to help Mother Pearl relocate to Los Angeles to be near her son during his remaining time. We know that it’s a big ask, but as everyone reading this knows, it is extraordinarily expensive to relocate a life and get settled somewhere. We’d like to help Mother Pearl do that without having to worry about making basic ends meet. If a lot of us lift, it will be very light for everyone.
