Help mother with SUV repair & divorce legal fees.

About a week ago, my mother's SUV wouldn't start after a drive to a local clinic. We had multiple people come over and try to help figure out what was wrong, but no such luck with anything conclusive. After checking the battery, our best guess is the starter since it should start even with a bad alternator. Then it was towed back to our apartment for the time being.

Fast forward a few days.
We receive this in the mail talking about legal fees for mediation sessions about my mother's divorce. We need the SUV for these papers as well as quite a lot of things from the store since we hadn't gone beforehand.
A friend of my mother was able to help with getting some things from the store for her, but as it stands she cannot keep relying on that since she can't work and they won't approve her for Social Security Disability even though she's applied multiple times.

I'm not asking for all of these issues to be solved at the drop of a hat, but any assistance would be amazingly appreciated in the middle of this pandemic we're stuck in.
