Help Mount Si High School Jazz 1 get to NYC!

Dear Friends, Family, and Community,

We are thrilled that our Jazz Band 1 was selected as a finalist for the prestigious Essentially Ellington Competition & Festival in New York City this May! This is a tremendous honor and a testament to the incredible work ethic and passion of the students to bring the music to life at the highest level possible. Thank you for your support throughout the entire process! Essentially Ellington is widely considered the most prestigious High School Jazz Festival. 87 High School bands auditioned from across the United States - our Jazz 1 is one of 15 finalists! We are so proud of these amazing students!

Our goal is to raise enough money to cover the trip expenses for our 22 students and staff for airfare, transportation, hotels, food, and a few special activities in New York City. Your donation is tax-deductible (as allowed by the IRS). Thank you for your support of this incredible group of students as they represent our music department, Mount Si High School, and the Snoqualmie Valley on the stage at Jazz at Lincoln Center!
