Help move Jan into assisted living

Hello. I have been in the hospital for the entire summer and I have to move into assisted-living as I can no longer live in the townhome where I was. There are just too many stairs to deal with. So I need help moving in, getting a truck and movers, and setting myself up to live alone. This is moved faster than I expected, but I am going to try to make this happen. Any help is greatly appreciated!
