Hello everyone!
Mr. Cope has been dealing with a jerk of a tenant for all of the last year. Due to the eviction moratorium, he hasn’t received a single month of rent during that entire time.
After months and months of going to court, he finally got him out; but not before he racked up a $4,000 water bill.
For everyone who knows Rich, we all know him to be extremely giving, sharing, and kind to everyone around him. Help him deal with the sting of stupid government policies that let people take advantage of hard working people like Mr. Cope.
Update1: turns out the water meter was read Dec. 3rd. The tenant was there until the beginning of January, another $2000 of water has not yet been billed.
Update2: A HUGE thank you to everyone who donated. Through your generosity we were able to cover the initial bill of $4,000! (Some money was donated not through here) Mr. Cope and his family are so thankful. A big shoutout to the Ross Corners Fam that stepped up during this fundraiser. As I look through the names of people who gave, I notice an overwhelming majority of people from RCCA who are giving. God bless you all, and I’m proud to be part of that group.
