Together for Mr. Donny: Support After the Wildfires
Like so many in Altadena, Donny Kincey experienced unimaginable loss during the recent Eaton wildfires. In the chaos of the disaster, he was able to evacuate with just a small bag of clothing and a few keepsakes. Despite the danger, Mr. Donny stayed behind as long as possible to help his family, fighting off embers and securing their properties. His bravery and selflessness during such a harrowing time reflect the incredible person he is.
For over 20 years, Mr. Donny has been a cornerstone of our community, dedicating his life to coaching, counseling, and inspiring hundreds of young people. As a mentor and educator, he has touched countless lives, including my own. My name is Alycia Brown, and I have had the privilege of working closely with Mr. Donny in various community and youth programs. His unwavering dedication to our children and his genuine care for others have left a lasting impact not only on me but on everyone fortunate enough to know him. Now, it’s our turn to give back to someone who has given so much to all of us.
The funds raised through this GoFundMe will be used to help Mr. Donny to get through this challenging time and cover essential expenses that might not be covered by other sources of aid.
Every donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference in helping Mr. Donny get back on his feet. If you’re unable to give, please consider sharing this campaign with others who may be able to support. Together, we can show Mr. Donny the same kindness and generosity he has shown our community over the years.
If you have any questions or want to discuss additional ways to help, please don’t hesitate to contact me, Alycia Brown. Let’s come together to lift up one of our own and ensure that Mr. Donny has the resources he needs to recover.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support!
