Meet Mr. Pepper – a sweet dog with a heart full of love who's been through so much already. Not long ago, Stefani Lubin, a young single mother and animal lover, found him wandering the streets, half-starved and struggling to survive. Despite her limited means, she couldn't turn her back on him. She took him in, nursed him back to health, and gave him the love and care he so desperately needed.

Stefani tried her best to find him a forever home, but with rescues full and no-kill shelters unable to help, she kept him, knowing he deserved a safe, loving place to call home. Since then, Mr. Pepper has become part of her family – a resilient little soul who finally got a second chance at life.

But now, Mr. Pepper is facing a life-threatening challenge. He has developed painful kidney stones that are causing him unimaginable discomfort. Without surgery, his condition will only worsen, and he may not make it. The surgery he needs costs $5,000, a sum that Stefani simply doesn't have.
