Help Mr. String become Dr. String

Hello everyone!

Please help Mr. String become Dr. String! I have begun my research on my dissertation for a Ph.D. in Holocaust and Genocide Studies at Gratz College. To complete my research, I need to make a research trip to Poland in March 2023. I am a 15-year veteran teacher, father, and husband, and times haven't been easy the past three years. That said, even though I have been working two jobs, I am still short on what I need to make this trip a reality. A friend told me a few months ago that I always do things for other people, and I need to put aside my pride and ask for help from time to time.

Today is that time. I turn 51 on October 13, and with all my heart, the only present I ask for is a little help to reach the goal of 2,000 dollars. That is roughly 2 dollars from every friend I have on Facebook. If you could help me with this endeavor, my trip, which will cost me about 3,000, will be paid for. If I have ever made you smile, given you a good memory, taught you a life lesson or made a difference in your life, I ask you this one thing. It would mean the world to me, and if you think I have done a lot of good in the classroom, wait until I have my Ph.D. The investment you are making is more than just this research trip. It will empower me to get into a position to make a change and difference in the world I have always strived for. Many of you know my history. You know what I have been through and overcome.
