!!!HELP MS. TIFFANY WITH BILLS WHILE SHE HEALS!!!!

Hi, I'm Tiffany, for those that know me know how much I love ❤️ on the people and the community around me. I try to represent how important it is to love on people in there most difficult times. Weather it be listening to them, or sharing my own testimony or just being with them, or praying with them, or my favorite part is hugging them until the storm of emotions have passed So its extremely difficult for me to be the one in need of love and support iykyk!!

For over 20 years I had suffered from addiction, but for over 30 years I have suffered from pain and brokenness. In 2020, I was blessed to find a community that not only understood me but saw me for the first time and showed me love and kindness, and grace and helped me restore my relationship with God.

God has blessed me immensely the last four years, not only am I 4 years sober, God has restored my life, and some of my relationships with my family. He has allowed me to give back to that same recovery community and to reciprocate the love and grace, and selflessness that was shown to me. For 3 years I have been working in a substance abuse treatment facility as a peer support specialist,( when clients are struggling with emotional or physical stress im called to help comfort and redirected them). So, there is alot of walking and or running to the rescue. I also lead up the spiritual services on campus every Saturday which helps our clients form a connection with there higher power.

Which brings me to why I'm asking for help again from my community or anyone that understands powerlessness. I've been suffering for the last 2 1/2 years from pain in my knee. Finally I went to have it examined and found out I had 2 tears in my meniscus also a cycst growing behind my knee cap that required some bone removal. My doctor took me out of work completely in Nov 20th of 2023 and I had my surgery in Dec 18th. So for the last 5 months I have run into all kinds of issues with healing. The recovery from surgery and physical therapy was only supposed to be 10 to 12 weeks, but I also suffer from extreme arthritis and neuropathy and a inflammation disorder that has slowed the healing process. I was allowed to return to work at the end of Feb 2024 with restrictions, unfortunately after only working 10 days I was once again found myself dealing with extreme swelling and pain that made walking and even standing difficult. So once again I have been put on medical leave to allow my body to continue to heal. Worst case scenario I would need another surgery.

So, as you can imagine, not only the physical and mental and emotional distress of all this, I'm dealing with financial issues as well. Short term disability is only allowed for 6 months, and FMLA, is for 12 weeks which both have been exhausted, as well as my savings (which is hard to have when you are getting your life back on track in recovery). My only option now is to file for disability thru the government which takes at least 6 to 9 months IF YOU GET APPROVED, until I'm well enough to return to work(my passion). I'm asking for any assistance!!!! No matter how small, belive me it would greatly be appreciated. After being separated from my daughter (22 yrs old) because of my addiction and poor life choices, we were finally reunited ❤️ last year and share a home again. Due to my health and financial problems she has taken on many of the financial responsibility as well as caring for me. We are in desperate need of help with bills, food, and medical expenses. God has given me the strength and grace to build my life back to a place that i can be proud of and to give back to his people. Anyone that understands when a recovering addicts are blessed enough to restore their relationships with their children the last thing we want is for them to is once again stress about stability!!

So as uncomfortable as this is to ask for HELP, I understand the importance of leaning on others and allowing people to love ❤️ on you when you are in the midst of a storm.

HELP with these financial woes, will allow me just focus on healing so that I can get back to helping people FIGHT addiction and to Spread the LOVE ❤️ of GOD.
