Help Muhannad Al-Hajj Evacuate Gaza!

Hi, my name is Tristine Lam from Little Rock, Arkansas. I’m starting this fundraiser on behalf of Muhannad Al-Hajj. His 15 y.o. niece, Rawan, reached out to me on Instagram and has asked for my help to set up a GoFundMe page on his behalf.



Many Gazans are struggling to create GoFundMe accounts due to their IP addresses and bank accounts linked to the ‘Middle East’, particularly in Palestine.

Due to the restrictions imposed byGoFundMe, Muhannad cannot withdraw money while he is in Gaza. Therefore, I will transfer all donated funds to him securely through Binance Wallet, so he can evacuate Gaza when the Rafah border opens back up.

Although Israel has seized the Rafah crossing, people are still able to register to pass through Rafah when it opens. The ultimate goal is to raise enough funds for Muhannad to safely evacuate to Egypt when the crossing is open again.

Travel costs from Gaza to Egypt :

- Crossing Egyptian borders: you have to pay (7,000$-8,000$) for every person

Considering current evacuation fees and coordination expenses at the Egyptian border

- Passport fees: 100$/person

- GoFundMe Fee: Approximately 2.9%+0.30$ for each donation, covering the platform’s fee

Hello all,

I am Muhannad Al-Hajj. I live in the Nuseirat refugee camp in Gaza Strip in light of this tragic war. I am 33 years old. Since this war began on the 7th of October until this day, my life has become a very cruel hell. Before this war there was life and I had a sweets shop and a factory where I made sweets, but unfortunately it was completely destroyed, so that I now have no source of income!

I was hoping for a future for me to live a decent, peaceful life, but everything was destroyed. I have no house, no money, and no source to even cover my needs! My future life and career have been ruined. I live a very difficult life, so I am desperately asking you for help.

No matter what donation you give me, whether it is big or small, it will mean a lot to me, and it will help save me, so I would like to be safe. First, this money requires about $5,000 per person, so please, I have great hope and optimism that you will not let me down.
