Support Muñoz Family After Eaton Fire

Hi, I’m making this on behalf of my family who have unfortunately lost their home to the Eaton fire.

On Wednesday January 8th, 2025 my parents & two sisters received an evacuation alert stating the area was not safe due to an approaching fire. Thinking that they would be able to return back home in no more than a couple of days, along with their two dogs, they packed important documents, a couple family photos, and a change of clothes. As the day progressed they held out hope that the fire would not reach their house, but due to the strong winds it eventually succumbed to the embers.

Having lived there for over 20 years, this loss is felt deeply as this house has not only provided somewhere for my parents to raise their four kids and become a safe place for their five grandchildren, but it is also a testament of their sacrifice and hard work. The memories made here will always stay with not just us, but as well as our extended family and friends who knew the doors were always open for them no matter what it was they needed.
